Our stations encourage the use of reusable bottles, and eliminate the need to purchase single-use plastic bottles. Thereby reducing harmful single use plastics in our oceans and landfills.

- MAINTENANCE & SANITIZATION
Newport commits to all maintenance, servicing, sanitization & repair of the station.
Drinking stations will be inspected at the minimum on a quarterly basis and otherwise managed, maintained and kept in good condition and repaired by Newport Water.
Any drinking station found during inspection to be in a state of disrepair for whatever cause shall be repaired and if a drinking station is to be replaced by Newport Water, the Sponsor shall be credited for any down time.
- BRANDING
For each drinking station sponsored, Sponsors will be entitled to have it fully branded with a message of their choosing, but this will be subject to approval by Newport and the Host.
All Brand information including label design, logos and sizes shall be submitted to Newport Water for approval and the Host prior to being affixed to a drinking station. Such approval may be withheld at the absolute discretion of Newport Water and we shall not be required to provide reasons for withholding any approval.
- LIABILITY
As part of your agreement, Newport commits to keep the Sponsor at all times fully indemnified and absolved of liability from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and damages arising directly and indirectly as a result of any breach or non-performance by Newport Water or any of Newport Water’s undertakings. The sponsor is also indemnified from and against all actions, proceedings, losses, damages and costs (including legal costs) whatsoever in consequence of any claim by any person arising out of any defect in or want of repair to the drinking station.
- SPONSOR TERMINATION
In the interest of all involved parties, Newport requires 3 months written notice for termination of the sponsorship agreement.
- MAINTENANCE & SANITIZATION

- CARE & CONTROL
While the drinking station is in the care and control of the Host, no attempt shall be made to move, reposition or otherwise interfere with or make any alterations, additions or improvements to the drinking stations.We agree that during the term of the
agreement and until the return of the station to us, the HOST will keep us promptly notified and informed of any abuse or damage to the drinking station and keep the area around the drinking station clean, tidy and free of debris.
- BRANDING
No branding or advertising of any kind will be affixed to the drinking stations without the consent of Host and Newport Water. Such consent is not to be unreasonably withheld.
- EQUIPMENT RETURN
Newport will give reasonable notice before entering onto your premises where the drinking station is believed to be located and re-take possession of the station.
- HOST TERMINATION
In the interest of all involved parties, Newport requires 3 months written notice for termination of the host agreement.
