What a journey! Over the past 24 months we have strived to care for our team members, navigate supply chain challenges, and mitigate rising costs, while digitizing our operations and adapting our products. This was all with a view of delivering on our promise to every client – pure water made easy.
During this pandemic period, it was indeed a pleasure to support our most heavily impacted clients by offering temporary rate reductions and in a few cases, even short-term payment holidays. Another rewarding highlight was launching and expanding the Hydrate Barbados Programme in 2020 bringing free, chilled and purified drinking water to thousands of students and the public.
We have maintained your existing rates since your initial subscription and over the years absorbed the increased costs of doing business. Yet, like most other companies, we have been recently impacted by the international phenomenon of inflation and increased pricing from our suppliers and partners. After a careful review, there will be small increase of USD $1.50 per dispenser in your weekly rate, from July 2022. This simply off-sets a portion of the rising costs, and helps us to continue caring for our dedicated team who are committed to excellence in service to our valued clients.
We truly value our on-going partnership and are more committed than ever to providing you with world-class service. Our commitment especially includes the continual expansion of the Hydrate program which improves quality of life for students and communities island wide.
