Over the past decade, we’ve honed our Formula 30:70™ methodology, which represents 30% equipment and 70% support. This approach guarantees a smooth transition and sustainable, long-term water solutions, eliminating the hassle of managing bottled water.

Without the '70' in Formula 30:70™

We have consistently proven that separating (divorcing) proper maintenance and support from bottle-less drinking water solutions results in a mediocre client experience at best and complete failure at worst.

Without the ’70’ in Formula 30:70, Newport Water would lose the core value our clients trust—ongoing support. We would deliver only a fraction of the service that defines our brand, ultimately jeopardizing the key to our success.

The Options

Considering the above, we offer two options for acquiring Newport’s equipment which maintain the experience our clients expect and protect our reputation as a brand.
Formula 30:70 is an integral part of both options:

The All-inclusive Subscription

This package, available for our bottle-less dispensers, is our most popular option. Clients pay a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription fee for an all-inclusive service that ensures total peace of mind.

What's included:

|- The Equipment (including initial assessment and installation)

|- Unlimited break-fix service calls

|- (2-3) sanitizations and filtration changes per annum

|- Replacement equipment in the event of an off-site repair

|- Up-grades as technology advances

Out-right purchase with an Annual Maintenance Agreement

This package, secondary to the subscription model, applies to almost all our equipment. Clients purchase the equipment outright and pair it with an annual maintenance package.

What is typically included:

|- Capital purchase of equipment (includes initial assessment and installation)

|- Annual maintenance package paid annually in advance

|- Fixed number of break fix service calls

|- Fixed number of sanitizations and filtration changes per annum

|- Loaner equipment in the event of an off-site repair (subject to type of equipment and availability)

Advantage of purchasing a maintenance agreement:

This option allows clients to own their equipment while enjoying some benefits of our subscription package, such as ongoing maintenance and quality management through our internal software tracking. Most equipment includes a 1-year warranty, but with regular maintenance through the annual package, the lifespan of the equipment is extended. Basic parts and fittings are also covered in this option.

Clients who purchase equipment and opt not to proceed with an annual all-inclusive maintenance will pay 35 -50% more for reactive service/maintenance and have their warranties impacted. – typically, shortened by approximately 50% of the agreed upon period.
