How the Transition Works
A Clear Separation
We maintain a clear distinction between our subscription fleet and our ownership units. This allows us to ensure that every client who purchases equipment receives a brand new system, complete with full warranty coverage and long-term performance confidence.
When you move from subscription to ownership:
- Your current rental unit is replaced with a brand new system
- You receive full manufacturer-backed warranty coverage
- You transition to a standard ownership support plan
Your existing unit is returned to our managed subscription fleet, where it continues to be maintained and redeployed.
Recognizing Your Time with Us
As part of the transition, we apply a loyalty credit equivalent to one month’s subscription, deducted from the purchase price of your new unit.
