What is Required
Electrical outlet/s
Most tap systems require standard 220V 13 amp socket/s* to plug in the undercounter unit/s.
*In some cases two sockets would be needed.
Water supply
Your tap system will need a connection to a mains water supply, and in some cases, an under sink waste pipe which may already be in place.
sufficient space
Under the sink, or in a designated space, space is required for 1 or more under-counter units (water temp tanks and filtration equipment).
Additional, for each tap we will supply you with the correct cutting measurements for above the counter.
Proper Ventilation
Our chilled and sparkling water units require a space with proper ventilation.
For existing spaces (cupboard), the simplest way is by cutting a slit on a base-board.

What is Included
Other than your sleek above-counter tap, the below is included in the price of your tap system.
Based on your tap selection, selected filtered water type/s, and proposed usage, we will select (1) or more tanks to be placed in the designated space.
Qettle: 1 or more tanks
Nova: 1 tank
T3: 1 tank
Additionally, for sparkling water, a CO2 canister will be installed
Choose from Ultra-filtration or Reverse Osmosis filtration units, either digital or mechanical. Some options also require an electrical connection.

Our skilled team will complete the installation with all the necessary components, once all requirements have been met.

The Purest Water : Regardless of Choice
Our tap systems are fitted with either reverse osmosis or ultrafiltration, providing your space with simply pure great tasting water!
UltraFiltration
Our 4-stage Ultrafiltration system is specifically designed to remove bacteria, viruses and a wide variety of unhealthy contaminants.
It filters out solid particulate matter, but it does so on a microscopic level. Because it has such a fine micron reduction capacity, ultrafiltration will filter out the vast majority of contaminants like sediment, chlorine, and cysts, all the while retaining minerals like calcium and magnesium in their water.
Reverse Osmosis Purification
Semi-permeable membranes eradicate 99.9% of impurities found in water leaving virtually pure H²O.
Many people prefer this because they want their drinking water as pure as possible, and entirely free from minerals, salts, and dissolved solids. If you are looking for water with the highest degree of purity, RO has the advantage.

Tap systems represent the latest growing trend in the drinking water space. They are great for aesthetics, making drinking water solutions more discreet and part of the built environment. At the same time they afford more versatility and options than a dispenser. They are best incorporated at the design, build or renovation phase of your project.
You are getting more than what is seen above the counter. The faucet includes fully integrated filtration, along with heating and chilling components depending on your desire water options (boiling, chilled or sparkling). Capacity is also a determining factor since these components come in varying sizes. Naturally the more water options you require, the greater the final cost of your setup will be.

Outright the T3 Tap System offers all 4 options - chilled, still, sparkling and hot water.
Additionally, we have offered some of our clients the option of installing a Full-sized Qettle with a the smaller Mini Qettle at the corner of the sink. Both taps give two types of filtered water.
The Qettle taps operate like your regular faucets and can be positioned above the sink or with a drip tray.
Similarly the Nuvo Tap System uses a drip tray or can be placed above the sink.
We will provide all measurements necessary for the perfect installation.
That depends on your choice of tap and the water option/s chosen.
Based on your preference, we will supply you or your contractor with the correct measurements.
