At Newport, everything we do is guided by a simple promise: pure water, made easy.
To deliver on that, we offer two distinct ways to access our equipment—subscription (Water as a Service) and outright purchase with annual maintenance. Both are designed to remove hassle and keep your operations running smoothly. They simply take different approaches.

Our Subscription Model
Water as a Service (WaaS):
Total Convenience, Fully Managed
Our subscription model is best understood as Water as a Service (WaaS)—similar to how businesses subscribe to software rather than owning and maintaining it themselves.
For a fixed monthly fee, you receive:
- Full use of the equipment
- All servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Replacement or upgrades where applicable
- Ongoing support with no operational burden
There is no upfront capital investment and no unexpected costs. While consumables are such as cups, C02 etc. are purchased outside of the subscription, we manage everything behind the scenes so you can focus on your business, confident that your water solution simply works.

Our purchase Model
Outright Purchase:
Ownership with Structured Support
For clients who prefer to own their equipment, we offer a purchase model paired with an annual maintenance package.
This model includes:
- A one-time upfront investment in the equipment
- A yearly, prepaid maintenance plan covering servicing and support
This approach gives you full ownership while ensuring your system continues to operate at peak performance through professional, ongoing care.

but….
Why Don't Subscription Payments Convert to Ownership
From time to time, we’re asked whether long-term subscription payments can be applied toward purchasing equipment. It’s an understandable question, but the answer is: they do not.
Subscription payments are not installment payments toward an asset. They are payments for a fully delivered, ongoing service—including usage, maintenance, repairs, and risk coverage.
Much like software as a service, the value is consumed continuously:
- You avoid capital expenditure
- You eliminate maintenance responsibility
- You reduce downtime risk
- You benefit from ongoing service and support
These benefits are realized in real time, not accumulated toward ownership.
We also maintain a clear separation between our subscription fleet and our ownership units.

Two Models, One Outcome: Simplicity
Whether you choose subscription or purchase, both models are built around the same goal:
Removing complexity and making water effortless.
- Choose WaaS (subscription) for maximum convenience and zero operational burden.
- Choose purchase with annual maintenance for ownership with structured, ongoing support.
Our Commitment
We’re committed to clarity, transparency, and helping you choose the model that best fits your business. Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about equipment—it’s about delivering pure water, made easy.
